After FIVE+ years DOJ/FBI admit that pedojrs laptop IS legit. All of the shenanigans and double talk around the case that DOJ wouldn't talk about are true. There are some specifics in the story which don't matter either way.

From "X" ‼️ In a new court filing today, the DOJ confirms Hunter Biden’s laptop is real, that he left it at a computer store, and that the contents matched what they obtained from a search warrant of his iCloud.
Don’t hold your breath for a retraction from Joe Biden (“It’s a Russian plant”), the #Dirty51 or myriad dishonest media operatives. They blamed Russia when the Bidens knew it was Hunter - and so did the FBI.
Hunter also blamed Russia when he was caught using adultery site Ashley Madison.

The beauty of this is the FBI had to present the evidence in court.🤣

All this, and there was cocaine on the pistol bag pedojr used with the gun that was in question. What we know from that is pedojr was using coke during the time he had the gun in his possession. This further compounds the gun charge. (cite #4)

Yeah, OD. I saw that, too.

    But,...

    ...Shhhhhhhhh.

Don't tell Curt. I'm not sure he's emotionally able to deal with this truth.

My guess is that, if you're still watching The Five...the highest rated show on cable, this will be a featured story tonight. There'll be a lot of crowing...

...or, as the Doddering Old Fool says, eagle-ing, going on.

Only the MAGA morons thought the question was "is Hunter Biden's laptop real?". Of course Hunter Biden had a real laptop. The issue was and is, "was the data on the hard drive compromised?". Rudy Giuliani, of all people, had possession of the laptop's hard drive while he shopped it around to news outlets. That alone probably ruined whatever evidentiary it might have had.

In March 2022, The Washington Post published the findings of two forensic information analysts it had retained to examine 217 gigabytes of data provided to the paper on a hard drive by Republican activist Jack Maxey, who represented that its contents came from the laptop. One of the analysts characterized the data as a "disaster" from a forensics standpoint. The analysts found that people other than Hunter Biden had repeatedly accessed and copied data for nearly three years; they also found evidence that people other than Hunter Biden had accessed and written files to the drive, both before and after the New York Post story.

    Curt,

A non-hypothetical: There's an email on the Hunter laptop whose data is "a disaster from a forensic standpoint." It refers to designating 10% of the proceeds from a particular business deal for the "big guy." On Hunter's laptop, the email is recorded as being sent to, among others, Tony Bobulinski. And, that exact same email exists on Bobulinski's computer...in which the data ain't "a disaster from a forensic standpoint."

How disastrous is the data preserved in that email?, considering that Bobulinski himself testifies to the legitimacy of that document. Do you honestly expect people who ain't Good Germans to distrust that data?

Every time you spout this Dem Good German tripe, I point out that Hunter's laptop, as disastrously its data may have been preserved, served merely as the Rosetta Stone in guiding the investigation into Biden Crime Family felonies and misdemeanors.

BTW, perhaps the stripper videos and photos contain very likely highly compromised data... but, according to data retrieved from others, the juicy crime stuff has been legitimized. Baha.

  4. by Indy! on January 17, 2024 3:54 pm

The "juicy crime stuff"? A gun charge and a bit of cocaine on the gun holster? We've already seen photos of Hunter smoking crack and he's been in rehab - so we know he was using drugs. Then there's the other issues - like the study that proved something like 90% of us paper currency has traces of cocaine on it.

OD... It's called "chain of custody" - look it up the next time you're brushing up on due process. 😉

    Indy,
You know your sports news and history. Do you recall a pitcher (maybe with the Cardinals) dying in Chicago hotel room on the day he was to face the Cubs? Maybe 25 years ago. The police basically defamed him posthumously because they found cocaine residue in the carpet. It wasn’t his; he died of heart attack.

  6. by HatetheSwamp on January 17, 2024 5:03 pm

Those emails to Bobulinski weren't about crack. They were about bidness deals with the Chinese and the "Big Guy" getting his ten percent right off the top.

  7. by Curt_Anderson on January 17, 2024 5:51 pm
HtS you must wonder why all that Bobulinski testimony hasn’t already brought down the Biden presidency. Behold:

That's what they copped to. Or didn't you read the citations before you stuck your foot in your mouth. They entered the fukking laptop in as evidence against pedojr.

A gun charge and a bit of cocaine on the gun holster?
You are correct regarding money. A gun's "holster" isn't considered having public access. I know you're just picking a fight for no reason because you're not creative enough to have a good argument. Just let it go. And this is an "issue" of "due process"😱. to deal with a dim, they actually followed their SOPs and directives. Something different for the DC orifice. (not that you would know anything about that).

The gun charge with a schedule II powder on it? Felony. This just supports his LYING to the feds about buying the gun. And aren't you the fucking moron that chimes in on how the gun laws are so lax? This is a violation of two of the statutes of gun ownership. Proving YOU'RE point. and you argue it. What a dumbshit.

  10. by Curt_Anderson on January 17, 2024 6:57 pm
    OD,
None of your citations say that the laptop was entered into evidence. Anywhere.

Prove me wrong by quoting the relevant sentence and citing the particular link that you think says it was entered into evidence.

  11. by oldedude on January 17, 2024 7:32 pm
They entered it into court records. Don't be a fucking moron. If it's entered into court records, that MEANS it's in evidence>🙄 wow.... now I have to go back further to explain things to second graders. Iamsofuckedbyoverstatingeverythingeveryoneelseintheworldunderstandsexceptforcurt.

  12. by oldedude on January 17, 2024 7:35 pm
curt (as usual)" {the cocaine} It wasn’t his; he died of heart attack.
which is a primary source of death due to cocaine poisoning.😱

    From Curt's Politifact:

"No credible news outlets have reported any wrongdoing or role held by Joe Biden, and Biden’s campaign has denied that their candidate got involved in, or stood to gain from, the venture or any other overseas business arrangements."

    Bahahahahahahahahahaha haha baha baha, ha.

Eye of the beholder, there, bubba.

    Keeheeheeheeheeheeheehee ha, ahhhhhhhhhhh!

    Curt,

Whadaya think about Tony testifying during House Impeachment Inquiry hearings!!!!!?

  14. by HatetheSwamp on January 18, 2024 4:43 am

OD: Don't be a fucking moron.

Sadly, OD, I don't think it's an act. After all these years, I'm pretty sure this is the best Curt has to offer.

  15. by oldedude on January 18, 2024 4:47 am
    That is pretty sad😦

  16. by Indy! on January 18, 2024 4:42 pm

If a cop found any normal person with "residue" on their gun holster they would tell that person to wipe it off and be careful next time. I live in the real world, Odorous - that's the difference between us two.

  17. by oldedude on January 19, 2024 6:04 am
Your world loves the cartel and everything about them. Including you being the pivot boy at parties.

I would think that since you're so anti-gun, this would make a difference. But I guess that snorting coke and having a loaded gun is normal for you. Unless you're just pissed that I made a real living and a retirement.
